MISSION
     Provide human support to achieve a strong scaffoldings for the success of the members and their Alma Mater.

OBJECTIVES 
     Strengthen spiritual, personal, social and intellectual relationships among and between members of Class 83 of the Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades.
       Extend help to the Alma Mater in any possible way.

BATCH 83 CREED 
     We believe that God gave us talents, skills and abilities to use in order to show our love, generosity and concern for others and everyone.
